Procrastination Pays

Procrastination can pay off. I’m still avoiding any real work on my manuscript, which allows me time to stumble across other gems, such as “Conduct Happiness.” Some of the designs on this fun site made me laugh my butt off. There’s even a video to go with “The Pea Pea Dance” that you’ve got to see. Even if you don’t have kids, it’s worth your time to check ’em out, just because they’re funny as heck.

And for other Potterheads like me who are mourning the end of the Harry Potter books and movies, I ran across an article on NPR by Annie Ropeik titled “3 Grown-Up Books For The Hogwarts Grad.” All three of these books are going to make it on my TBR list.

I honestly can’t remember where I ran across the Conduct Happiness site, so forgive my lack of a credit. But I saw the books link on a wonderful writing blog called “The First Gates” by Morgan Mussell. His site is a nice read for a new blogger like myself — check him out too.

I suppose I should blow the dust off my manuscript now, but there was one more thing I wanted to read……….
